The Q was feeling in need of a good purging sweat to start off the week. Sweat angels were left by all.
Warmup: Lap around the field. From the end line, bear crawl to mid field and hold plank until all Pax arrive. Mountain Climbers x 15 IC. Merkins x 10 IC.
Lots to get done, so we mosey to the bridge and lunge walk across the bridge. Run to tennis courts and partner up. One partner runs a suicide while the other partner performs an exercise. Each partner runs twice per round. 1st Round: Burpees 2nd Round: Squats 3rd Round: OH Claps 4th Round: Merkin / Mtn Climber Combo
At this point, the courts have become too slick and dangerous given the obscene amount of sweat left behind, so we head back towards the parking lot. On the rail: Dips x 15 IC. Derkin x 10 IC.
Off the to the top of the parking deck to catch the sunrise and finish off with Mary.
