It’s been a while since we spent a whole Q on the stairs in the deck, soooooo, we did that.
Warm Up run down Reserve, pick up Disclaimer, left on Jefferson, under VTC to deck. SSH x25 IC, WMH x10 IC, GM x10 IC, WM x10 IC, AC x25 IC, RAC x25 IC, Slow Squat x25 IC
Stairs & Pairs:
One man draws a card from each deck. First deck is floor 2-6. Second deck is reps and exercise with Burpees, HR Merkins, Big Boys and Jump Lunges (double count)
First man back picks an exercise until everyone is done.

4th Floor, 15 HR Merkins
5th Floor, 7 HR Merkins
2nd Floor, 11 Burpees
