Warmup:
- Jog around the field a bit
- SSH x 40 IC
- Imperial Walkers x 40 IC
- Arm Circles x 40 IC
- Reverse Arm Circles x 40 IC
- Burpees x 40 OYO
Thang: “40s” pair up and then collectively do the following exercises:
- 40 merkins : 0 flutter kicks – run 40 yards
- 38 merkins : 2 flutter kicks – run 40 yards
- 36 merkins : 4 flutter kicks – run 40 yards
- 34 merkins : 6 flutter kicks – run 40 yards
- 32 merkins : 8 flutter kicks – run 40 yards
- 30 merkins : 10 flutter kicks – run 40 yards
- …
- 4 merkins : 36 flutter kicks – run 40 yards
- 2 merkins : 38 flutter kicks – run 40 yards
- 0 merkins : 40 flutter kicks – run 40 yards
Also, one group had to stop wherever they were to flip the tractor tire 40 times, then fall back in and continue where they’d left off. Each team got 2 turns flipping the tire.
