Warm-Up: Yog around the parking lot and circled up near the cars. After the first warm-up exercise, we felt like a Christmas ham. We closed the warm-up with some step-ups on the tall rock wall.
The Thang: Repeats and Jacob’s Ladder
We first started the thang with some repeating exercises. We would run a certain distanced that was decided by YHC. With each stop, we completed 10 burpees, 15 monkey humpers, and a different arm exercise for 20 reps. We circled the Riverside Complex and ended up in the garage where Jacob’s Ladder commenced. Started with 1 merkin and 5 mountain climbers. Ran from G to 1 between each exercise. We then changed to 6 Peter Parkers and 10 jump squats. We ran from 1 to 3 between each exercise. We then changed it up to 10 Carolina drydocks to 15 Bonnie Blair’s. Ran from 3 to 5 between each exercise.
Yogged back to the cars for Recover Recover. COT and Name-o-rama followed.
