Since I had enough of bear crawls and burpees for the week, I planned a workout without those.
Warm-Up: Run around the parking lot and circled up for some warm-up exercises.
The Thang: Jacob’s Ladder
We mosey across Colonial Ave to get us to the base of the stairs that lead you to the top parking lot of LFH.
1-5: Mountain Merkins/Jump Squats. Run up to the 4th landing and back down between each exercise.
6-10: Shoulder Taps/Al Gore Squats. Run from the 4th landing to the top of the stairs back down between each exercise.
11-15: Heels to Heaven/Merkins. Found a parking lot and lunge walked down and backwards run back between each exercise.
Run down to the bottom of LFH. When we got to the bottom, we ran half of the LFH for fun since the theme was taking it easy.
Mosey back to cars. Recover. Recover.
