QIC: Double Humpee
Pax: Rapinoe, Turkey Jerky (Churam), Herschel, and Cat Scratch
With today’s Q being incredibly sore (That’s right Pipeline) I really hoped that I’d pull up to Gators swim center and find nobody there. Alas, a few fellas were already ready to go.
Warm O Rama
We moseyed over to Cat Scratch’s car thinking we’d pick him up but he circled around and was leading our six. We circled up for some SSHs, Windmills, Hillbillies, Imperial Walkers, Arm Circles, Jack Webs, and one Burpee and one merkin.
The Thang
We hadn’t done a proper Fralin Center workout in a while so we moseyed over to the Fralin Center for some fun. Along the way we Everested up the hill.
We partnered up, where size has nothing to do with anything, and one partner did exercises while the other partner traveled down the stairs, down the sidewalk and finally back up the other stairs.
We did several rounds of this, and even bearcrawled down the stairs for one of the rounds.
- Merkins, Flutter Kicks, Squats, overhead claps, among other things were done
Catscratch complained about the workout, so then the Q threw in some wall sits timed by each man running the stairs. We also performed some earkins, derkins, and box squats.

Dealer’s choice with flutter kicks, Arnold Fondas, and Dying Cockroaches counted uniquely by Turkey Jerky.
Fun was had by all, especially Catscratch.
