The title of today’s backblast was inspired by Uncle Jesse’s favorite book, Green Lights, by Matthew McConaughey. Matthew describes a green light as doing something to set yourself up for success. F3 as a whole is a green light, but today especially was a green light as we had 13 PAX starting the week off right. If you haven’t read this book, it’s a great read.

Warm-Up: Quick circle around the parking lot as we head to the tennis courts for some warm-up exercises. Disclaimer for our FNG before we get started.

The Thang: Hindenburg BLIMPS

We would perform an exercise at each corner of the tennis courts after a travel exercise. The long sides we would lunge walk and then perform bear crawls at the short sides of the courts.

B: 5 Burpees at each corner

L: 10 Lunges at each corner

I: 15 Imperial Walkers

M: 20 Merkins

P: 25 Plank Jacks

S: 30 squats

Welcome FNG, Uncle Jesse! Pipeline was really excited to name someone so he shouted a name out during the disclaimer that would have made JV and Herschel proud, but luckily it didn’t stick.
