R4: 10 Burpees, 15 Lunges, 20 Imperial Walkers, 25 HR Merkins take a 1/2 lap around building.
R5: 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 Squats take a 1/2 lap around building.
R6: 5 Lunges, 10 Imperial Walkers, 15 Merkins, 20 Squats.
