there was some chatter about it being the first cold morning…don’t worry fellas we will warm up quickly

Warm up: Across the street, top of the stair deck touch every stair, down the other side, backwards run, and head back to the field

The Thang: circle up, “Next exercise is The Burpee” -Q, “the Burpee” Pax, “OYO 100 count” – Q, “Huh what, what is this, we are not warm enough, do you have a timer” -Pax, “BTMF!!!! its just 10 sets of 10” -Dunphy(oddly excited), “and exercise” – Q Everyone finishes in under 10 minutes! nice work fellas

next up we grab a sand bag and the 6×6 out of my truck, 2 man teams overhead carry the 6×6 down the field and back, other teams attempt pull-ups and dead hangs on the steel arbor. We modify the arbor is very wet. dips, derkins, erkins. teams rotate through. Round 2 carry the 6×6 halfway down the field with a 1,2,3 switch shoulders, while other teams, did side shuttle hop with a squat and box cutters. Round 3 carry the 6×6 for 15 seconds overhead turn and come back, while other teams did flutter kicks and LBC.
