Cardio and Strength Workout

We gathered for a mid week workout. I wanted to try a routine I found online to see how it would go.

Warmup: Yog around the filed and circle up: FAC, IWs, Good Mornings, SSHs, Abe Vagodas, Merkins, LBCs, 6-inch hold, Peter Parkers, RAC

Thang:

  1. 2-Minute Run at ~70%
  2. Burpees – 10
  3. Single-Leg Deadlifts – 10 each leg
  4. Jumping Lunges – 1 minute
  5. Merkins – 3 sets at 30 seconds each
  6. Jump Squats – 3 sets at 30 seconds each
  7. Tricep Dips – 3 sets at 30 seconds each
  8. Boat Poe Obliques – 3 sets at 10 cadence count each

We then lined up on the side of the field and ran across and back twice.

We then ran to mid-field and back twice

We then performed high-knees for 30 seconds.

2-minutes of Mary: Flutter kicks and 6-inch hold while pumping arms.
