It’s July 12, so the workout was a Dirty Dozen theme. We warmed up by yogging to the bridge over the river, bear crawling across, yogging back, and then doing some exercises at midfield on the soccer pitch. Then, on to The Thang.
The Thang: Twelve reps of an exercise, followed by one lap around the field. The exercises stacked from one round to the next.
Round 1: 12 burpees, one lap
Round 2: 12 burpees, 12 squats, one lap
Round 3: Add 12 merkins
Round 4: Add 12 flutter kicks
Round 5: Add 12 big boys
Then to midfield for Mary. Yog back to the cars. Recover. Recover.
COT, announcements, TAP, name-o-rama, and DH took us away.
