We gathered in the parking lot and then headed over to the field to run around and warm up. DQ was already in chatter mode. We circled up and performed some warmup exercises: Good Mornings, Jack Webbs, IWs, Fwd Arm Circles, Rev Arm Circles, Squats, SSHs
Thang: We started out in one corner of the field and immediately DQ chatter box began. So, 5 burpees for said chatter. We lined up for an Indian Run and we stopped periodically and at each corner of the field to perform an exercise. We took turns picking an exercise, which included SSHs, Merkins, Jack Webbs, planks, high knees, American Hammers, big boys, and monkey humpers. DQ could be heard chattering throughout.
We then lined up at one end of the field and ran to the next light pole and back twice, then performed and exercise. We repeated this several times. Exercises included squats, fwd lunges, rev lunges, and something else.
We then lined up at one and performed an exercise, run to the next light pole and perform the same exercise again. We kept repeating this until we go to the other end of the field. Exercises included squats, mountain climbers, and some other stuff.
We then went back stopping at each ligh pole and performing increasing numbers of squat jumps: 10, 20, 30.
We then went over to the tennis courts for some core exercises. Each PAX chose and exercise to perform, that included flutter kicks, Sharon Stones, box cutters, American Hammers, LBCs, planks, more planks and something Zebra requested.
It was tough tom keep DQ quite. He was very vocal at times, and his slow count during planks was classic DQ. All in all, we survived.
