PAX: Manti, Pipeline, Zebra
Q: Pipeline
We had three PAX and three coupons, so that was a sign this morning was meant to be. Each man grabbed a 32 lb. cinderblock and we headed for a nook behind a building at VWCC to avoid the wind. Quick warmup and it was off to the SFH.
The Thang: The mission was to get the three cinderblocks from the bottom of the SFH to the top lot and back. Each cinderblock had an exercise type assigned to it: upper body, core or lower body. Each PAX picked an exercise that corresponded to their block, and we did 25 reps, counted however that PAX wanted. Once the set of three exercises was completed, we ascended a section of the SFH, from the bottom, to the middle by the barricades, to the top lot.
The view from the top lot was pretty good. Not Salem good, but not bad for Roanoke. After we got down from the top lot, to the barricades, and to the bottom, exercising all the way, we did a quick tour through the section of campus that had been under construction, carrying the coupons all the way, and then back to the cars. Some quick Mary and it was 6:15. Ish.
Great job by all! An honor and a privilege.
