Warm-up: Yog around the tennis courts and circled up in the middle of the soccer field. Performed slow cadence count SSH’s (Cat Scratch’s favorite), WMH, Good Mornings, Imperial Walkers, Forward Arm Circles, and Overhead Claps.

We then lined up on the sideline and bear crawled to the other sideline, then crab walked back to the other sideline, then lunge walked to the other side again.

The Thang: The 300 workout- 6 exercises consisting of 50 reps for each exercise. We stayed on the sideline of the soccer field to complete this.

First Round: 50 Jump Squats followed by a yog to the other sideline and back.

2nd Round: 50 merkins followed by a backwards run to other sideline and back.

Third Round: 50 LBC’s, skip across the field.

Fourth Round: 50 dips, side shuffle

Fifth Round: 50 lunges each leg, jog

6th Round: 50 cadence count flutter kicks, backwards run.

We then went to the tennis courts and sprinted all four corners with burpees at each corner. For some extra fun, we awkwardly put our hands in the air while yogging back to the starting point.

Finished up with some Mary, name-o-rama, and COT.
