Set it and forget it. Turn and burn. Whatever you want to call it, no 10 counts were offered and none were taken. The mumble chatter was at a minimum, except for Dairy Queen. He also complained about all the right turns and blew out a tire. I mean his knee.
The Thang: At 5:30 AM sharp, five burpees in the Reserve lot. Then yog to the deck. On G, five burpees, run up the ramp, across the straightaway and stop by the stairs on 1. SSH until the group arrives. Then five burpees, rinse and repeat.
On 6, 10 big boys. Rinse and repeat the process and back down to G.
On G, 10 merkins, rinse and repeat up to 3.
On 3, 20 LBCs, rinse and repeat down to G.
Yog across Reserve back to the cars. One minute of bird dogs.
Recover. Recover.
Count-o-rama. Name-o-rama. Pipeline took us out.
Great job! An honor and a privilege.
