We did the same exact workout from December 28, 2016 and it was pretty brutal.
3 PAX started the week off strong.
Lap around parking lot and triangled up at the bleachers at the new field. Pipeline told us how shiny the bleachers looked.

10 Step Ups each leg, Box Squats x20, Dips x15, Derkins x10
To the Bridge, traveling burpees across
Mosey back to the newer tennis courts
Line up for BLIMPS. So simple, so effective.
Round 1: Run across first court, 5 burpees, run across next court, 10 Lunges each leg, 15 IW, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Squats back at start.
Round 2: Crab Walk between each court, same reps and exercises, merkins are hand release
Round 3: Bear Crawl, merkins are Mountain Merkins
30 big boy sit ups.
Sprints around the tennis courts and a little bit of mary where we completed F3 swimmers and penguin crunches.
Name-o-Rama followed by COT
