I promised a fun workout, so there was fun to be had.
Warm-up: Yog around the soccer fields stopping at every other light post to peform various exercises. We then squared up and performed my go to of SSH, WMH, Abe Vigodas, and good mornings.
The Thang: My plan was shark and minnows, but changed it up since there were only 4 pax. We started in the middle of the soccer field and traveled to each corner of the field. First travel was lung walk to the 1st corner and perform 10 burpees, then lung walk back. Second Travel was side shuffle to 2nd corner and performed 15 mountain merkins, then side shuffle back. Third travel was crab walk to the 3rd corner, 10 IC SSH, then yog back to center. Fourth travel was sprint to the last corner, 30 squats, then sprint back to middle.
YHC then decided to play shark and minnows, but had to scale the field due to only having 3 minnows. The shark designated a mode of travel each round and when the shark tagged a minnow, they would have to do 5 burpees.
We then finished with some sprints and a little ab work at the tennis courts to dust the grass off our shoes.
