Warm-Up: A light yog around the tennis courts and then circled up on the tennis courts a performed SSH, WMH, Abe Vigodas, Forward/Backward Arm Circles, Imperial Walkers, and 10 Slow Squats OYO.
The Thang: Dark Webbs- Pax voted to stay on dry land so we remained on the tennis courts.
Round 1: Jack Webbs: Jog to the far side of the tennis courts and complete 1 merkin/2 raise the roof. We increased the merkin by one rep and increased raise the roof by 2 reps. We remained on the far side until we completed 10 merkins/20 raise the roofs. Jogged back to starting point.
Round 2: House of Pain: Same sequence, but started at 1 jump squat/2 jumping lunges. Finished at 10 jump squats/20 jump lunges
Round 3: Thor: 1 big boy/2 American Hammers (double count). Finished at 10 big boys/20 american hammers
Round 4: Happy Jack Webbs: 1 burpee/2 SSH(cadence count). Finished at 10 burpees/20 SSH.
Round 5: Ran to the other end and performed 10 good morning Abbys where we started from a laying down position and attempted to stand without using our arms. Pipeline and Dunphy were able to get a few without using arms. Impressive! The rest of the Pax needs to work on them.
Round 6: Ran to the other end and performed 10 imperial walker squats.
Completed Mary and enforced a 5 burpee penalty for tomfoolery. I won’t mention names, but I kept hearing penguin noises during Mary coming from two of the pax.
Recover, Recover! COT and Pipeline took us away.
