Even though JV stayed up until 1:45 AM watching UFC and THEN set his clock forward, he still managed to rise for his eighth consecutive and final workout to achieve the F3 Roanoke Ocho. The group ran 8.5 miles from the Reserve deck down the Roanoke River and Garden City greenways and back.
