Warm-up- Mosey around Riverside complex to the tennis courts off Reserve Ave where we circled up to do a series of warm-up exercises. We performed SSH, WMH, Abe Vigoda’s, Windmills (to show Cat Scratch my AV were not windmills), Rubios, forward arm circles, backward arm circles, and overhead claps.
The Thang: The Gross. We performed 12 exercises for 12 reps to get to a gross (144 reps). We performed the following in reps of 12: burpees, mount everest, slow merkins, hand release merkins, pickle pounders (IC), jump squats, forward lunges, Makhtar N’Diaye (IC), dying cockroaches (IC), Mountain Climbers (IC), parker peters (IC), slow squats
After finishing the gross we mosey to the parking garage to have some more fun. Cat Scratch was complaining that he might melt since it started to rain a little bit, so we moved to the parking garage to finish our workout. Performed 10 burpees and ran up the stairs to 2, back down the ramp to 1. Then performed 30 squats and ran up to 3 and back down ramp to 2. Then performed 30 monkey humpers and ran up to 4 and back down ramp to 3. Then performed 20 hand realease merkins and ran up to 5 and back down ramp to 4. Then preformed 30 LBC’s and ran up to 6 and kept running down the ramps to G. Recover Recover
