PAX: Band Camp, Cat Scratch, Pipeline, Zebra, Bounty
Q: Bounty
Conditions: 45 degrees F, drizzly, not rainy enough
This AM, 5 PAX chose to abandon the comforts of their warm beds in honor of Band Camp’s 26th by partaking in a complete and utterly demoralizing workout celebration with fun and merriment! Cat Scratch said he only came for the Socialism. Wasn’t really sure what that meant. Zebra was hoping it would be just Bounty and himself – sorry to disappoint.
Round 1:
Mosey to field. Lined-run width of field on each 5 yard line. Every 10 yards, break to do # of exercises based on the yard-line. 10yd line = 10 Burpees, 20ydl = 20 Merkins, 30ydl = 30 double-leg Mountain Climbers, 40ydl = 40 Squats, 50ydl = 50 Jack Webs, 40ydl = Monkey Humpers, 30ydl = 30 single-leg Mountain climbers, 20ydl = 20 Hand-release Merkins, 10ydl = 10 SSH’s.
Mosey to Away stairs and run them up and down. No complaints.
Round 2:
Run to Home stairs. Cat Scratch brought up Socialism again unprovoked. 1 PAX issues exercise to remaining men then runs to top of stairs and back. Repeat til all have finished. Zebra chose ATMS, Cat Scratch Imperialism Walkers, Band Camp SSHs, Pipeline BBCs, Bounty Plank Jacks. Yes, you read that right: Imperialism Walkers.
Round 3:
Circle up mid-field for Warm Up. 20 reps each of Marco Rubios, Abe Vigodas, and Forward/Backward Arm Circles.
Each PAX lines up on sideline with 5 yds in-between each man. In honor of Band Camp’s birthday, he was on the 50 and chose 26 reps of any exercise to do. Once finished, PAX sprinted to the opposite side and completed 26 reps there then sprinted back. See what you missed, Kwon Do? Exercises were LBCs, Jack Webbs, and Burpees. End with a short Native American run.
CoT. Announcements: Zebra likes Jesse Itzler’s run workout and will incorporate it into his daily life; F2 planning on Slack. Bounty took us out. Happy 26th Birthday, Band Camp! (Respect, respect!)
Bounty 3/20 in 2020; 10 total.
