Cat Scratch has been considering an associate’s degree in Human Sexuality, so we took him on a tour of Virginia Western and surrounding areas this morning.
First, 50 SSHs, then mosey over to the front door of James Madison Middle School for a series of upper, core and lower body exercises.
Mosey to the VWCC police station, dodging construction and a VERY slow driver in the roundabout. 50 more SSHs and more bodyweight exercises. While exercising, a policeman literally walked out with a box of donuts. Cat Scratch also went Full Muppet. Double Humpee really enjoyed the dip on the loading dock.
Mosey through campus, up the LFH, and over to the arboretum to commune with nature. 50 more SSHs and more bodyweight exercises. We walked like Egyptians or possibly Morons.
Mosey through campus back to the parking lot. 10 burpees OYO rounded out the fun. Double Humpee invited us all to lunch and then bailed.
