A dirty dozen HIM rose to the challenge on Monday at #Pain Train.

Quick yog around the block and some warmup exercises.

The Thang: Triple Sevens. Starting at G in the Reserve Ave. deck, PAX did seven squats, ran up the ramp, did seven big boys, ran up the next ramp, and did seven burpees. Return to G. Repeat seven times without pause.

A few minutes of Mary followed, highlighted by F3 Raleigh’s gift to F3 Roanoke, the Pickle Pounder. All the PAX agreed this is their new favorite exercise and that we should do it every workout.

After Mary, Pipeline belatedly decided to move the COT to the corner because of the rush hour traffic. Rick James reported that Kwon Do’s excellent ax skills were on display Thursday at the 2nd F.

PS If we hadn’t had double digits, the workout would have been “Elevens” and the travel would have been some sort of animal crawl. So good work on posting and saving yourselves some reps and pain.
