Jogged down reserve and around back of garage did merkins along the way. We then headed up to top floor for some gloom under the stars.

Small Q fail queing up the music. Once resolved, we proceeded to work a tabata style workout. We did two rounds of 7 exercises. 90 second exercise 10 second rest. Flutter kicks, penguin crunch,box cutters, squats,LBC’s russian hammers, leg lifts. Rinse/repeat for 2nd round. As a finale, we ran across the deck, down stairs to 3rd floor, backwards run across deck and down stairs to 1st floor. Lunge walked across to opposite stairwell and jogges down to ground floor.
COT, announcements. HC3 gave an awesome sermon and sent us away nodding in agreement.
