Line up on sideline. Two PAX pick an exercise. Run to far sideline, perform exercises, run back and up stadium steps and back, plank it out.
Round 1: 20 Flutter Kicks, 20 American Hammers.
Round 2: 20 Imperial Walkers, 20 Box Cutters
Round 3: 20 Monkey Humpers, 20 Merkins
Round 4: 20 Squats, 20 CDDs
Pair up with a coupon on the goal line.
Round 1: 100 HR Merkins cumulative per pair, other PAX takes coupon to 30 yard line and back. Switch, rinse, repeat until finish.
Round 2: 100 Sandbag squats cumulative per pair, other PAX runs to 50 yard line and back. Switch, rinse, repeat until finish.
Round 2: 100 Big Boy Situps cumulative per pair, other PAX holds coupon overhead to 30 yard line and back. Switch, rinse, repeat until finish.
