11 HIM defeated weakness by getting out of bed dark and early for some light Sparta yoga.
WARMUP: PAX ran from the stadium to the statue of Andrew Lewis to perform 26 Merkins, 26 Squats, and 26 Plank Jacks. Then run back to the stadium to run up and down each and every stadium stair. After the stairs, all but 1 PAX remain on the sideline and complete an exercise chosen by the remaining member. The member not doing group exercise runs to the top of the stairs and back eventually re-joining the group. Next man chooses an exercise and runs up the stairs. Exercises completed were Mountain Merkins, American Hammers, Bunny Hops, Burpees, and many others.
The THANG: PAX are spread out on every 5-yard line facing the opposite sideline for 4 rounds of Pilates.
ROUND 1: Bear Crawl to mid-field -> Crawl Bear to far sideline -> Sprint back to starting sideline. 6-inch hold til all have returned.
ROUND 2: Forward Lunge to mid-field -> Backward Lunge to far sideline -> Sprint back to starting sideline. Mt. Climbers til all have returned.
ROUND 3: Crab Walk to mid-field -> Walk Crab to far sideline -> Sprint back to starting sideline. Penguin Crunches til all have returned.
ROUND 4: Forward Burpees to mid-field -> Backward Burpees to far sideline -> Sprint back to starting sideline. Big Boys tl all have returned.
Conclude with one more Indian Run around the field x 2.
Run to endzone where we completed 10 reps of Squats, Freddie Mercuries, and Boat Holds.
