WARMUP: Run around AO back to the deck. Run to the top of the deck on the stairs being sure to touch each and every step while exercising superb risk management. Once at the top, 26 Forward Arm Circles. Run down to the next floor. 26 Abe Vigodas then repeat down each floor with Imperial Walkers, Backward Arm Circles, Slow Merkins, Plank Jacks, and Mountain Climbers to land on the 1st floor. Then, we mosey-d back to the top.
The THANG: Bear Crawl halfway down ramp. Once halfway, Crawl Bear the remaining. Once at the bottom of the ramp, perform your choice of 26 MERKINS, 26 SQUATS, 26 PLANK JACKS OYO. Next ramp. Repeat but with Crab Walk/Walk Crab down the ramps. Do this all the way down the deck. Once all have finished, run the stairs to the top and back down.
