• A few burpees while we wait for Wiggles
• Railroad run up to second floor
• 15 squats
• 15 SSH
• 15 Arm Circles
• 15 Reverse Arm Circles
• 10 Jack Webbs
• Merkins – 10 in IC
• 10 Willie Mays Hayes
• 10 Windmills
• Crab walk half way, then run backwards and then peoples chair, Run down to ground floor
The Thang – Tabata Time
Tabata burpees (exercise 20 sec, rest 10 sec, repeat for 8 sets total for each of four exercises)
Tabata jump squats
Tabata merkins,
Tabata sprints
Additional Fun
• 20 LBCs
• Run up Stairs to 1st floor, bear crawl to half way, then run to end, and then peoples chair. Come back down to ground floor.
• 10 merkins, run to end, 20 more merkins, run back 10 more merkins.
• 10 LBCs and 10 Penguin crunches
• Stairs – Up to 2nd floor, skip and touch each web, peoples chair at end
• 10 Freddie Mercury’s IC
• 10 flutter kicks IC
• Run backwards back down to ground floor
