7 Pax meet at Swift Donkey for run day. Extra credit to Puffs and Baby Steps for jogging to and from the run.
Today we included the race route from the May 4th Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure 5K. We ran over the Jefferson bridge along Williamson, back on Jefferson and over the Walnut bridge to Piedmont Park, toured the Greenway to the Memorial Hospital and then up Jefferson for some hills. Back to Swift Donkey and Buubs led us another .2 miles to give us our full 5 miles for the day.
Announcements : Saturday at Fallon – 7 am, Memorial Day – 6 am at Sweet Donkey (Pinky leading us for an hour long Memorial Day remembrance), Friday F3 lunches coming up.
