Warm up – Jog over to Riverside tennis courts via Franklin Rd (no short cut across Reserve Bridge). At the courts IC exercises : 7 Willie Mays Hays, 7 Wind Mill, 10 Mountain Climbers.

The Thang :

Part 1

Using 2 courts, bear crawl past 1st court perform 5 merkins continue bear crawl past 2nd court perform 10 merkins return bear crawl back stopping for 10 merkins between the 2 courts.

Part 2

Partner Suicide Travels – 1st partner does traveling burpees across 1st court and back while partner 2 does Freddy Mercury then switch. Then 1st partner broad/bunny jumps across 2 courts and back while partner 2 does Freddy Mercury then switch. Then 1st partner runs across 3 courts and back while partner 2 does Freddy Mercury then switch.

We do 4 Rounds of Part 1 and 2 with 10 IC Side Straddle Hops between rounds. Switching the Mary of the suicide travels to Big Boy Crunch (round 2), Little Boy Crunch (round 3), Dying Cockroach (Round 4).

Finish with 10 OYO Mountain Climber Merkins and jog back to reserve parking via Franklin Rd.
