Warm Up: Run up the deck with a BLIMPS (5-10-15-20-25-30) scattered throughout. At top deck SSH x30 IC, WMH x10 IC, Arm Circles x25 IC, Jack Webbs x25 IC, Rev Arm Circles x25 IC, Rubios x25 IC.
Thang: Frizzle runs from 6 to G, brings back sandbag, DH leaves 2 min later to get second sandbag. Rest of PAX are performing one variant of one the BLIMPS exercise, while PAX rotate on taking sandbag down to G and back up to 6. Then down to 1, then down to 2.
Then, Hesters. One PAX farmer carries down the deck. PAX perform BLIMPS exercise (5-10-15-20-25-30) then chase him down. Rotate farmer down to G.
