Warm up: Jog toward shelter but stop short so we still warm up in the rain. Dsiclaimer (i.e. its Dunphy’s fault if you get hurt). 50 SSHs IC for Cat Scratch. 5 merkins IC. 20 Imperial walkers IC. 10 merkins IC. Arm circles (20 forward; 20 reverse) IC. 5 merkins IC.
Jog to tennis courts.
The Thang: Animal bombs
Partner up. One partner travels, one counts exercises.
Round one: bear crawl to the end of the 3rd tennis court, run back. 75 burpees
Round 2: crab walk to the end of the second court. 100 double count overhead arm claps
Round 3: crawl bear to the end of the second court. 150 merkins.
Round 4: inch worm (courts we way to slippery for gorilla crawling) to the start of court 2. 50 bittoms out burpees (at Dunphy’s suggestion from a previous workout)
Out of time, jog back to cars.
