Double Humpee had an amazing trivia workout planned but was a last-minute scratch with an injured wheel. Their dreams of winning Jeopardy dashed, four High-Impact Men still gathered in search of burpees and pull-ups and were not disappointed.
The THANG: Pipeline, Puffs, and Herschel each took one third of the workout. Pipeline warmed up the group with a standard set of exercises and then a bearcrawl/merkin/squat and lunge walk/ATM/big boy ladder. Puffs then assumed command, putting the PAX through a rigorous set of five pull-ups, 10 burpees and 15 squats with a mini-lap around the Gator lot. Rinse and repeat x 3 for extra body and no split ends. Herschel then brought it home with the dreaded not six not 10 but 15 minutes of Mary, highlighted by a wheelbarrow carry and some really sexy Jane Fondas.
