15 PAX (that’s more like it!) started the week off right at Pain Train on a beautiful morning for a nearly non-stop beatdown.
Warm Up: Run up Reserve, left on Jefferson, left through VTC and into back of deck. Run up ramps, with ramp from 2-3 Everest, ramp from 3-4 bear crawl, ramp from 5-6 traveling burpee. Meet Twitch up top. Lots of mumble chatter about no warm up, so we do SSH x2 IC.
Thang: Split PAX into two groups. One group runs stairs to G and back to 6, while other performs exercises:
Round 1 – 10 Burpees, 10 SSH, AMRAP
Round 2 – 5 Pattycake Merkins, 10 LBCs, AMRAP
Round 3 – 10 double count Flutter Kicks, 5 low slow sqauts
Round 4 – Bear Crawl to 2nd pilon, run back and plank it out
Round 5 – Everest to expansion joint, run back and plank it out
Mary – Dealer’s Choice, all cadence count (needs some work!)
