Blindspot called an audible overnight due to daddy duty, so the Friday Regulars (Herschel, Cat Scratch and Pipeline) joined with JV to lay down a PAX-led workout at #Overlander. Thankfully JV brought a new pair of Made in China ‘Merica gloves worthy of any Dallas Cowboys fan, and that motivated the group to better themselves.
The Thang:
Cat Scratch took the first turn and led the PAX in a warm up consisting of a lot of groans from the Q but also Toy Soldiers, which fit the ‘MERICA theme. Then JV led us to the tennis courts. Tennis was invented by the British, but America kicked their butts at Yorktown and on the tennis court for the next hundred years, until Andy Murray came along (who is really a Scot). The PAX ran from the lower to the upper tennis courts and then performed a PAX-chosen exercise in between loops. Pipeline then led the group back to the cars with a bear crawl thrown in for good measure. The group performed several minutes of Mary, who was the mother of the greatest American of all time, Jesus. Recover, recover.
