Warmup: SSH x 25 IC, WMH x 15 IC, windmill x 10 IC, toe touch x 60 count, butterfly stretch x 60 count, pigeon pose stretch x 30 count each side.
The Thang: The PAX rucked up and down Main Street, stopping every five minutes to do an exercise:
- 15 Merkins
- 15 hand release Merkins
- Elbow plank x 1 minute
- Shoulder touch Merkins x 15
- Carolina dry docks x 15
- Merkins until failure
