High Knees for a bit
Some Arm Circles (Fwd, Bckwrd) & Jack Webs
10 Willie Mays Hayes
Thang:

15 Burpees
15 Squats
15 Merkins
15 Big Boys
Run the length of the field and repeat X4
Next:
Pick an exercise from a pile of small peices of paper or from index card.
If the exercise has a rep count, do it, if not, roll dice for number of reps.
After completing each round of exercise run the length of the field and back.
Repeat for a bit!
Circle op for Mary: Each person picks an excercise and reps – 2 Rounds, with the 2nd round limited to 15 reps.
Variety of excercises including “Girls, Girls, Girls”, named last Saturday.
Final trip down the lenght of field and back.
