20 minute ruck around the block.
Gather at top of BFH under pavilion for 20 dips, 15 step ups and 20 merkins.(all with Ruck Sack on)
Crawl Bear down BFH and meet on basketball court.
Thang: One Pax leaves ruck on rest of pax takes off their ruck. Pax with Ruck on carries two extra rucks and walks around loop while others perform exercise.
Round 1– Flutter kicks until Pax returns.
Round 2– Squats until Pax returns.
Round 3– 20 ATMs and LBC until Pax returns.
Round 4– Planks(Jane Fonda style..ask Cake) and plank jacks until Pax returns.
Round 5– I forget but I assure you it was brutal!
Ended at 6:15 sharp!
