Frack had a late night game soccer game (and likely beer) so he donated the Q to me….anything that happens is his fault

Everything else — maximum effort.

Jog to start of hill by VWCC.

10 merkins OYO. 70 increasing cadence SSH IC. 20 merkins OYO. High knees 25 IC. 30 merkins OYO. Donkey kicks 25 IC. 40 merkins OYO. Arm circles 15 each direction IC. 50 merkins OYO. Imperial squats 25 IC. 60 merkins OYO. (Cat Scratch complained)

Everest (lunge step, lunge step, squat) all the way up the hill

Make way to the top parking deck and partner up.

Partner 1: Suicide (halfway across deck [3 light poles] then run back, then run entire length and back)

Partner 2: stationary exercises while partner runs. First rounds (we did 2 goes each Pax) were merkins during partners first leg of the suicide and burpees during the second. Second rounds (again 2 each) were merkins during partners first leg of the suicide and monkey humpers during the second.

6:11. Out of time, need to run back to the cars. We opt to take the stairs (instead of a slippery road). Bear crawl down every set of stairs just for extra fun.
