Par-ten-er’s

QIC: Seabiscuit

10 Pax came to Riverside in a comfortable 37 degree gloom.
Warm-up : Mosey to Riverside tennis courts and circle up for IC exercises: 30 SSH, 10 WMH, 30 AC forward and reverse, 10 WM and OYO 15 Crunches (on your back knee to elbow) and OYO 15 Dive Bombers
Partner up , size doesn’t matter:
2 rounds of suicide/burpee bombs. Run to center of middle of court and back then across all 3 courts and back while your partner does: The Burpee.
Now the Par-ten-er:
Separate to opposite sides of the 3 courts and travel towards your partner when you meet perform exercises then keep traveling to the other side.
Round 1 : Lunge walk
: 10 Slap Merkins, 10 Patty Cake Sit-ups
Round 2 : Bear Crawl
: 10 SM, 10 PCS, 10 Squats
Round 3 : Broad Jump
: 10 SM, 10 PCS, 10 Squats, 10 Freddy Mercury
Round 4 : Crab Walk
: 10 SM, 10, PCS, 10 Squats, 10 FM, 10 Dive Bomber
Round 5 : Gorilla Walk
10 SM, 10 PCS, 10 Squats, 10 FM, 10 Dive Bomber, 10 Crunches (Knee to Elbow on your back)
Round 6 : Crawl Bear :
:10 SM, 10 PCS, 10 Squats, 10 FM, 10 Dive Bomber, 10 Crunches, 5 Bropees
Recover, Recover and mosey back to parking lot.
