7 pax showed up at Sparta and anxiously awaited Dunphy and his carpooling possie. I think some may still be waiting.

warm-up: one lap around the football field followed up by one bleacher lap (running up and down each set of steps). Then we circled up for: 25 SSH, 10WMH, 25 Rubio, 10 Good mornings, 25 forward and reverse arm circles, 10 IW all IC.

Thang: we moved to the end zone under old glory to get things going. First round: every 10 yards we do a merkin and squat starting with 1 each at the ten and adding an additional merkin and squat every ten yards. Once we reach the end zone (10 each), we work back down to one. Second Round: This time we run every 20 yards and do Burpees and jump squats, adding an additional one each 20 yards. At the end zone its 5 burpees and 5 jump squats, then we work our way back to one. Rounds three we did hand release merkins and step back lunges at every ten yards, adding one every ten. Then we worked are way back down to one.
