1. Run to the Rock Pile – Do 30 presses followed by 15 shoulder to shoulder lifts with said Rocks -Prince Tuesday picked up a small boulder and made us all look bad
2. Run to the bridge – Partner Wheelbarrow to the halfway point
Switch and repeat
4. Starting at the greenway, Indian Run and stop at the Ramada Inn
5. 25 Derkins OYO
6. 50 Flutter Kicks CC OYO
7. 20 Earkins OYO
8. 25 CC Rubios off the Curb OYO – This was much harder than I thought
9. Jog to the next Bridge – Partner up Partner 1 bear crawls to the end of the bridge and then jogs back – Partner 2 Does Squats
Switch and Repeat
10. Round 2 – Partner 1 Lunge Walks to the end of the bridge and then jogs back – Partner 2 does 6six inch hold

I should note that
A) this bridge is much longer than I remember making for a very difficult bear crawl and lunge walk
B) there was a lot of foot traffic on the GW this morning making for some awkward encounters
11. Q ran out of time and it was 6:12 before he knew it thus we Indian ran back to the field
Due to the shortage of time we weren’t able to publicly humiliate ourselves with monkey humpers in a darkened park, or the experience the torturous round of Indian Bear Crawl.
