Boom 5:10 alarm. I go outside to wait and pray that Dunphy shows up to pick me up this time. Otherwise the PAX workout was going to turn into running 3 miles to his house to wake him up. Dunphy arrives right on time (as he always does). 5:30 rolls around and we have a booming PAX of 14 guys. We start with 2 loops with some high knees, butt kickers, and jump headers mixed in. 2 FNGs join our party after the 2nd lap and then we circle up. We do a quick count of 16 (Overlander record!) and jump right into cadence exercises: 40 squats, Moraccan night club side 25, Moraccan night club front 20, Willie Mays Hayes 15, SSH 40.
