A small but mighty group of men met at 0630 for a repeat of our 2.0 friendly pre-Father’s Day workout.
Warmup:
Most of us jogged 2 laps until we caught up with a straggler where we circled up for a few calisthenics. 25 SSH IC, 10 Merkins, 25 Imperial Walkers, 20 Arm Circles IC, probably some other stuff, too.
The Thang:
20 cards. One member of the PAX draws a card and then runs a lap while the remaining 3 stay put to perform the exercise until the runner returns. 4 PAX = 5 laps each. Secretly (or vocally) we were all hoping to draw the Burpee card on our turn…I must add that only Fireballs seemed to maintain the same fast pace for all 5 laps.
