Four PAXs showed up this morning to a Victory Valley workout. These fellows clearly have a fully functional cortex unlike those that woke up at 4am to run up McCafee Knob… yes, I am jealous specially after seeing the pictures. Nicely done partners!
We mosey across the street, ran to Riverside Circle, went behind the garage and came out on Jefferson Street next to the Cambria. Along the way – we high knee skipped, ran backwards and lunge walked.
Back at the parking lot – 22 RAC while waiting for Acorn to empty the tank, 22 FAC in time for Acorn to flicker his fingers and dry them off, 22 imperial walker and 10 WMH.
We followed that up with 3 rounds of: 15 Step up, 15 Dips, 15 Derkins, run to the other side of football field and 15 MH (Pinky’s favorite).
We end up doing individual half-BOMBS in tennis court – 25 Burpees (run to end and back at 12 and 25), 50 OC (run to end and back at 25 and 50), 75 Merkins (run to end and back at 25, 50 and 75), 100 Big boy situps (run to end and back at 25, 50, 75 and 100), 125 Squats (run to end and back at 50 and 125).
Time was up. We circled up and hoped that everyone on the McCafee Knob adventure returned with limbs and teeth intact coming back down on the trail.
