Saul arrived to find Puffs finishing an EC lap of the track. No other Pax arrived by 6:30, so we got started.
Warmup: One lap of the track, SSH x 25, IW x 20, AC x 30, RAC x 30, WMH x 10, merkin x 15; all in cadence).
The Thing (Part 1): BOMBS. Partnered up (there were only two of us). One partner ran the length of the field carrying a 40 lbs. sandbag, and back. The other partner did the exercise, trading off until we completed 50 burpees, 100 overhead claps, 150 merkins, 200 big-boy sit-ups, and 250 squats.
The Thing (Part 2): Blackjack. Ran from sideline to sideline, starting with 1 merkin and 20 LBCs at each side of the field, increasing (by one) merkins and decreasing (by one) LBCs until reaching 20 merkins and 1 LBC.
Finished with one minute to spare; no time for Mary. BOM.
