4 Pax showed up in Salem this morning to enjoy a sample of merkins, burpees, sprints, steps, & MARY.  Hope to see more come out and enjoy the great facility in the next few weeks.  We wont be doing stairs every time guys!

Warm-Up

30 SSH, 10 Slow Merkins, 25 Arm Circles, 25 Reverse Arm Circles

The Thang – #SampleSalem 4 rounds

Start on the endline closest to field-house.

Round 1 – All go together

  • Sprint to 50 yard line and do 10 Hand Release Merkins
  • Sprint to Goal line and do 10 Burpees
  • Sprint to Goal line closest to field-house
  • Take steps on Visitor Side to run up steps & back down
  • Sprint to far steps and run up steps & back down
  • Sprint back to field exit and run across to Home Side
  • Repeat stands run same as other side
  • Sprint to endline and plank until all PAX done.

Round 2 – All go together

  • Bear Crawl to 50 yard line and do 10 HR Merkins
  • Sprint to Goal line and do 10 Burpees
  • Sprint to Goal line
  • Take steps to HOME side in the Middle section (Tallest)
  • Run up & steps to railing for a total of 5 times
  • Sprint to endline and Flutter kicks until all PAX are done

Round 3 – All go together

  • 50 Merkins
  • 1 lap around Football Field
  • 50 Squats
  • 1 sprint down and back
  • 10 Burpees
  • 1 sprint up & down HOME side seats
  • LBCs until all PAX are done

Round 4 – 5 rounds of Mary

  • IC 10 Flutter Kicks
  • IC 10 Box Cutter
  • IC 10 Penguin Crunches
