Coffee and Donuts

7 PAX showed up to a perfect morning for F3… it is always a great morning for F3.  Big time props to Catscratch for bringing coffee and donuts!

We circled up near the car and did 30 SSH (IC) to stick near the cars in case of a late arrival, but unlikely since I was already there.

We then moseyed across the street and ran around the garage and came out near the Cambria Suites.  On the way, we did some Carioca, High Knees, ran backwards and Lunge Walk.

We went back to the Riverside field and circled up again for 25 IW, 20 FAC, 20 RAC, 20 Rubio and 10 WMH all IC.  We took a few seconds to stretch and then moseyed over to the wood railings for 3X of 10 Step Ups, 15 Dips, 15 Incline Merkins (or whatever Cake called them that I am sure is correct), run across the field for Burpees (starting with 15, then 10 and ending with 5) each time following exercise on the railings.

We moseyed over to the tennis court where we sequentially Bearcrawled, Crabcrawled and did Traveling Burpees to middle of court and followed each one by running to end of court for 30 Overhead claps and back to starting position.  With plenty of time left, we divided up into two groups for a friendly completion.  For the first round, a rep from each group runs to end of tennis court to do 10 Squats and 10 Merkins.  The first back calls out an exercise. Mostly Mary were called out.  For the second round, 10 Monkey Humpers and 10 Diamond Merkins were instead performed at end of tennis court. Everyone got to compete at least 3 times before time was up.
