In pre-father’s day fashion, we welcomed all to bring a 2.0 and so they could enjoy some early morning time with dad. If we can remember in 365, we’ll make this a yearly ritual.
10 PAX showed up at 0630 including four 2.0’s! Great to see these young guns in action…amazing how quickly they can recover.

10 men, 20 exercises. 1 PAX runs a lap while the other 19 perform an exercise until he returns…We had a few fast runners and some lolly-gaggers too. Pain was enjoyed by all.
