Stairway to Pain…Train

It was a misty wet morning, but we still had 11 PAX show up strong.

Warm up: We took off on a light jog outside around the parking deck. We get 10 yards out of the parking deck and Dunphy already complaining about puddles. As we get to the rear entrance, we start our ascent up the decks to 5 (alternating running the deck and climbing the steps).  Once we get to 5, we return to the ground floor to circle up for: 25 SSH, 10 WMH, 20 forward arm circles, 20 reverse arm circles, 25 rubios, and 15 slow merkins.

Stairway to Pain: PAX will split into groups of three (one group of two). Each group will roll a die and the number landed will be the deck floor they start their workout on. On each deck there is a tub that has 3 pieces of paper with exercises on them. A group member will draw an exercise for the group to perform, If done early, those members will plank or wall sit until all groups are finished. Once finished, the group will move to up to the next deck and draw a new exercise. This process is repeated until you reach the top floor. Once you reach floor 6 and complete the exercise, go back to ground level to start over (Ex: Die rolls 3. The group goes to 3, does an exercise, moves to 4 for a new exercise, moves to 5 for new exercise, move to 6 for a new exercise, then go back to ground to start over).

Bear crawl, Crab walk, Lunge walk 3.) 30 merkins, 20 hand release merkins, 10 pop up merkins 4.) 30 air squats, 25 squat jacks, 20 jump squats 5.) 40 LBCs, 30 American hammers (single ct), 20 Big boy sit ups 6.) 15 Burpees, 10 Burpees, 1 Free pass from Burpees.
